Yuvraj Singh Cancer is very rare and its origin is also unkown Indian Cricketer Yuvraj Singh is treated with the rare germ tumour known as "Mediastinal Seminoma".
Mediastinal Seminoma occurs because of
Germ cell tumours in Mediastinum, which is not very common and only 3-5% of Mediastinum Cancers are due to Germ cells.

Yuvraj Singh was treated with this tumour in United States of America. He undergone Chemotherapy which is standard way to cure this cancer.
Yuvraj Singh took this treament under Dr Lawrence H Einhorn who is also credited with successful treatment of Tour De France winner Lance Armstrong in Boston.
After completing his 3rd round of Chemotherapy Yuvraj singh tweeted
"3rd chemo cycles over, back from hospital n I am free. Road to recovery starts now. Can't wait to be back home,"
We hope the speedy recovery to Yuvraj Singh, India's world cup 2011 hero.
